DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN EXPRESS ENTRY-APPLICATION

Applicants who receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) are required to submit the following supporting documents with their application and also the government processing fees:
  1. Language test results
  2. Documentation attesting to work experience
  3. Police clearance certificate(s)
  4. Valid passport
  5. Birth certificate
  6. Upfront medical receipt
  7. Photographs of the principal applicant and dependent family members
The following documentation may be required but it depends on the program under which the principle candidate has issued an Invitation to Apply and the information provided in his Express Entry profile:-
  1. Canadian Education Credential OR Educational Credential Assessment Report (ECA)
  2. Official transcripts of all post-secondary education/study taken
  3. Secondary education documents
  4. Proof of relationship of the family member in Canada
  5. Proof of settlement funds
  6. Death certificate(s) for former spouse(s) or common-law partner(s)
  7. Adoption papers
  8. Proof of full custody for children
  9. Passport copies / Travel documents
  10. Certificate of qualification in a skilled trade issued by a Canadian provincial/territorial authority (Certified copy)
  11. Copies of work contracts and/or pay stubs
  12. Employment reference letter of previous employment.
  13. Documents relating to income taxation
  14. Legal name change or date of birth change documents.
  15. Original Offer of Employment (Permanent Fulltime) from a Canadian employer (LMIA supported)
  16. Birth Certificate of Principal Applicant and family members
  17. Marriage certificate(s)
  18. Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union and documents attesting to cohabitation for a period of at least 12 months
  19. Birth certificates of Children
  20. Divorce or annulment certificate(s)
